The Four Major Processes Of Carton Production

1. Pulping process.
The main raw material of the carton is generally bleached wood pulp, and usually imported wood pulp is needed to produce more commercial-grade products. Intermediate products can choose domestic ordinary wood, pulp, low-grade products can choose bagasse pulp, grass pulp, bamboo pulp, reed pulp and white paper edge and other short fiber pulp. 2. Molding process.
The forming technology is to make the raw pulp with a certain shape of semi-wet pulp blank. That is, the pulp designed by the pulping process, on the metal material mold, the dehydration process forms the bottom layer of the wet pulp, which is the key process in the production process of paper tools, about 95% of the water in the pulp is removed during the formation process, therefore, the product quality, energy consumption of this process are very high consumption, the improvement of production efficiency and crushing rate play a decisive role.
