How to choose a paper tray

Product packaging has many requirements for cartons, and many factors will affect the selection of cartons, such as the characteristics, shape, storage and transportation requirements, protective requirements, production technology status, sales objects, display effects, etc. In general, the following points should be paid attention to when choosing a paper tray:
1. Granular and powdery contents due to the need for a certain degree of sealing, generally can choose adhesive sealing folding cartons or use cardboard/plastic composite cartons for heat sealing.
2. If the ordinary block contents are convenient to put in or take out from the end of the box, generally you can choose the cartridge type, that is, the cover sheet is inserted to seal and open the carton; if it is not convenient to put in or take out from the end of the box, the disc folding carton should be selected.
3. Liquid materials, high barrier and sealing requirements, generally use cardboard/plastic or cardboard/plastic/aluminum foil composite folding cartons, or use cartons with liners, and implement heat sealing.
4. Large-scale production of ordinary product packaging preferred folding cartons, small batch of special requirements such as gifts, light products with large volume or surface area, can choose fixed cartons, while enhancing their display and decoration.
