First, according to the classification of corrugated cardboard used
(1) Single corrugated box. This type of carton uses single corrugated cardboard, and this kind of cardboard is currently used into boxes.
(2) Double corrugated box. This kind of carton uses double corrugated cardboard, which has good comprehensive performance and is mostly used to package fragile items, heavy items and items that need long-term preservation.
(3) Three-corrugated box. This type of carton adopts three-corrugated cardboard, which has the best strength and can replace wooden boxes to pack heavy equipment, and is generally used with pallets or containers.
Second, according to the form of the box lid classification
(1) Single opening lid box. The lid of this type of carton is one page, which is covered on the box body, and the tabs can be inserted into the plate seams to be sealed.
(2) Double opening lid box. The lid of this type of carton is two pages and the box body is closed. Its end is a tab, and the lid of the box is covered and rotated left and right to seal it
(3) Cap box. Also known as the cover box, the lid of this type of carton is separated from the box, and the lid is set on the box body to form a lid seal. A double-layer box wall is formed when the lid is sealed, which can improve the strength of the carton.
Third, according to the carton assembly method classification
(1) Monolithic box. This type of carton can be combined into a box with a cut piece of corrugated cardboard.
(2) Two boxes. This type of carton is combined with two sheets of cut corrugated cardboard.
(3) Three boxes. This type of carton is combined with three sheets of cut corrugated cardboard.
4. Classification by shape
(1) Square box. This type of carton is a cube, that is, the length, width and height are the same.
(2) High-shaped box. These cartons have larger height dimensions, smaller lengths and widths, and are equal.
(3) Flat box. These cartons are larger in length, smaller in width and height, and equal.
